IYRE (real name Sasith Gamage) is a drum & bass producer/DJ with a flair for subcontinental sounds, taking influence from deep, liquid and techy aspects in D&B. Considered a pioneer in the Sri Lankan and South Asian drum & bass scene, he has released music with the likes of Goldfat Records, Fokuz Recordings and Pilot Records. IYRE is focused on pushing the boundaries of production and making a mark in the industry as a stellar producer.

Having entered the music game under the alias iClown back in 2012, Sasith started producing dubstep as a gateway genre to electronic music, later branching out into trap and drumstep. He was introduced to drum & bass in 2016 and began producing neurofunk. In 2019 he shed the iClown moniker and started to produce more mellow sub-genres in D&B under the name of IYRE.

Sasith has been featured on esteemed platforms such as UKF, Liquicity, Mixmag, Data Transmission and more. To top off 2021, he was also nominated for the best newcomer category at the Drum&BassArena Awards.
